August Construction, Inc., (August) filed an action for breach of contract against the Cerritos Redevelopment Agency (Cerritos), which cross-complained for violations of the False Claims Act and for fraud. The trial court, sitting without a jury, awarded August $320,807,[1] plus interest, attorney fees and costs, for a total $669,675, and found against Cerritos on its cross-complaint. Cerritos appeals, and we affirm.
