INTRODUCTION


Defendants Union Bank of California and Bank of America appeal from an order denying their motion seeking attorney's fees from qui tam plaintiff William Bowen pursuant to the California False Claims Act, Government Code section 12650 et seq. (CFCA). We affirm the order.
