THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on November 22, 2011, be modified in the following particulars:
1. On page 11, delete the first full sentence that reads:
“Build a Better La Bahia has not advised this court of any objections to the proposed disposition.”
The petition for rehearing is denied.
This modification does not affect a change in the judgment.
