THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 18, 2007, be modified as follows:
1. On page 3, first paragraph, line 7, delete the phrase "temporary benefits" and replace it with the phrase non-permanent disability benefits.
2. On page 3, paragraph 2, line 5, delete the word "temporary".
3. On page 3, paragraph 2, line 6, delete the word "arbitrator" and replace it with the word Board.
4. On page 3, paragraph 2, the last sentence is modified to read CIGA petitioned this court for review.
5. On page 3, last paragraph, lines 5 and 6, delete the phrase "temporary benefits" and replace it with the phrase non-permanent disability benefits.
6. On page 4, last paragraph, last sentence, delete "$43,505.43" and replace it with $43,505.53.
7. On page 4, last paragraph, last sentence, delete the word "temporary".
8. On page 5, first paragraph, delete the phrase "temporary benefits" on lines 2, 5 and 10, and replace it with the phrase non-permanent disability benefits.
9. On page 5, second paragraph, delete the first three words and replace them with In his findings.
10. On page 5, third paragraph, line 2, delete "$43,405.53" and replace it with $43,505.53.
11. On page 5, last paragraph, line 2, delete the phrase "temporary benefits" and replace it with the phrase non-permanent disability benefits.
12. On page 6, first full paragraph, second sentence, delete the phrase "Board amended its F&O", and replace it with Board amended the arbitrator's F&O.
13. On page 9, last paragraph, line 2, delete the phrase "temporary benefits" and replace it with the phrase non-permanent disability benefits.
14. On page 13, second full paragraph, lines 4 and 9, delete the phrase "temporary benefits" and replace it with the phrase non-permanent disability benefits.
There is no change in the judgment.
