Appellant Mina Ghanizadeh appeals from the trial court's denial of her postjudgment claim for attorney fees. We find no error and affirm the judgment.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Appellant retained respondent Michael Moghtader to perform certain legal services. When he failed to perform, appellant sued for breach of contract, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and legal malpractice. The causes of action for breach of contract and legal malpractice proceeded to jury trial. The jury found in favor of appellant on the breach of contract action and awarded $2,000 in damages, and in favor of respondent on the legal malpractice claim.
