IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION ONE

JOHN GRIMA,

Plaintiff and Appellant,

v.

SOUTH CENTRAL FAMILY HEALTH CENTER,

Defendant and Respondent.

B175410

(Los Angeles County

Super. Ct. No. BC278839)

APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Andria K. Richey, Judge. Dismissed.

Connon & Wood, Nicholas P. Connon and Kathleen M. Wood for Plaintiff and Appellant.

Conkle & Olesten and John A. Conkle for Defendant and Respondent.

____________________

Plaintiff John Grima appealed from a judgment entered in favor of defendant South Central Family Health Center in this action arising out of an employment dispute. The judgment followed summary adjudication in favor of defendant of seven of eight causes of action and voluntary dismissal of the final cause of action.

On appeal, plaintiff claimed the trial court erred in summarily adjudicating his causes of action for wrongful termination in violation of public policy, fraud, breach of contract, violation of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and violation of Business and Professions Code section 17200. Following oral argument on the matter, the parties notified us that they were pursuing settlement of the case and requested that we stay issuance of our opinion. Thereafter, we received a stipulation from the parties for the dismissal of the action.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. The parties are to bear their own costs on appeal.
