APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of Fresno County. Adolfo M. Corona, Judge.

The court readjudged appellant a ward of the court (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 602) after it sustained allegations charging Armando with assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily harm (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)). On appeal, Armando contends: 1) the court abused its discretion when it committed him to the California Youth Authority (CYA); and 2) the court violated his constitutional right to equal protection of the law when it set his maximum term of confinement at four years. We will affirm.


FACTS
