Following a contested jurisdictional hearing, Camilo P., a minor, was continued as a ward of the court on probation. On appeal, the minor contends that his attorney was ineffective in failing to bring a motion to challenge the in court identifications of the minor, based on unduly suggestive pretrial identification procedures.
