THE COURT:
The above captioned opinion which was filed on November 18, 2010, is hereby modified as follows:
Page 18, fourth full paragraph, fourth sentence, change "adoptive parents" to "legal guardians."
Page 23, delete the first full sentence and substitute in its place the following: The exception does not require proof the child has a "primary attachment" to a parent or the parent has "maintained day-to-day contact" with the child. (See In re S.B. (2008) 164 Cal.App.4th 289, 299.)


There is no change in the judgment.
