Rudolph A., father of Christina A., appeals from the termination of his parental rights. He contends the juvenile court erred in failing to find the sibling exception or the benefit exception applied to make termination detrimental to Christina. We affirm.
FACTS
Christina is the sixth of seven children born to Rudolph and Arlene A. She was 17 months old when her little brother, Andrew, was born with a positive toxicology screen for methamphetamine in Riverside County. At the time, the mother was living in a motel with Christina and two of her siblings, eight-year-old Rudolph Jr. and five-year-old Selena. The mother admitted to drug use and lack of prenatal care. Neither Rudolph Jr. nor Selena was enrolled in school, and none of the children had current immunizations. The children were detained by Riverside County Child Protective Services and placed with the father on September 25, 2003.[1]
The mother and father had been together for nineteen years but had never married. The father supported the children, although he only lived with the family â€
