THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 4, 2007, be modified as follows: On page 6, first paragraph, the second to the last sentence is deleted and two sentences are added:
"At the time of disposition, it was anticipated that Daryl, Sr., would be sentenced to a period of incarceration in another case and would be unavailable to care for Daryl, Jr. That anticipation later proved to be correct."
The petition for rehearing is denied.
There is no change in judgment.
