THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 14, 2006, be modified as follows:
1. On page 3, the last sentence of the second full paragraph is modified to read as follows:
The Church sought contributions by standing directly in front of the entrance/exit doors, blocking such doors, and verbally asking for donations.
2. On page 3, the first sentence of the fourth full paragraph should be modified to read as follows:
On July 19, 2000, Wal-Mart moved for, and was granted, a temporary restraining order (TRO) which enjoined the Church from engaging in any solicitation activities on Wal-Mart's private property located on Foothill Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga, â€
