Dwayne C. appeals from the order of wardship entered following a finding he was a minor in possession of a firearm (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 602; Pen. Code, § 12021, subd. (a)(1)). He was ordered home on probation. Dwayne C. contends the evidence is insufficient to support the finding, and the juvenile court improperly rejected the defense of transitory possession and erroneously relied on the probation officer's report. We affirm.
