THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion herein filed on July 20, 2006, be modified as follows:
On page 9, the first full paragraph, the sentence beginning on line 11 and ending on line 12 that reads: "The evidence at the time of the hearing showed Heidi remained at risk" is deleted and the following is inserted in its place:
The evidence at the time of the hearing showed Heidi remained at substantial risk of serious physical harm or illness.
There is no change in the judgment.
Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied.
