         O P I N I O N


                        Appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Orange County, Barbara Evans, Temporary Judge.  (Pursuant to Cal. Const., art. VI, § 21.)  Affirmed.

                        T.T. appeals from the judgment terminating the dependency status of her son, Jimmy T., and issuing orders granting primary physical custody to the father, L.T.  She contends the juvenile court failed to base its custody decision on the best interests of the child, erroneously presuming Jimmy should remain with the father because he had been placed there by the juvenile court in San Bernardino County.  We find no error and affirm.


FACTS


                        In August 2004, eight-year-old Jimmy and his two-year-old sister, Kim, were removed from their parents' home in San Bernardino County.  Kim was severely underweight and was â€
