INTRODUCTION
Z.G. (mother), Esteban N. (father), and Giovanni O. (an older sibling), (collectively appellants), appeal from an order terminating parental rights as to the children, Junior N. and Jesus N.G. Appellants assert that the juvenile court should have applied the Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26, subdivision (c)(1)(E),[1] exception to the termination of parental rights (â€
