It is hereby ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 13, 2006, be modified as follows:
On page 18 under “DISPOSITION” in the last sentence beginning with “If any,” please add the word “court” after the word “juvenile” to read as follows:
“If any noticed tribe has determined that the children are Indian children within the meaning of the ICWA, the juvenile court shall conduct further proceedings applying the provisions of the ICWA, Welfare and Institutions Code section 360.6, and rule 1439 of the California Rules of Court.”
There is no change in the judgment.
