                      APPEAL from an order of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.  Anthony Trendacosta, Temporary Judge.  (Pursuant to Cal. Const., art. VI, § 21.)  Affirmed.

                      Ruth, the mother of minor Terry, timely appealed from a visitation order.  Ruth contends the court improperly delegated complete discretion to Terry's therapist to determine whether or not she could see Terry.  We disagree and affirm.


FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL SYNOPSIS


                      In 1993, Terry was living with his biological father and two older sisters.[1]  Father was an alcoholic.  In September, when father's alcoholism progressed to a point rendering him incapable of caring for the children, Terry and his sisters were removed from father's care.  At that time, appellant's whereabouts were unknown.


                      In March 2001, the juvenile court placed the children with paternal relatives Stanley and Luisa, who were appointed legal guardians of the children.  The children adjusted well to placement with Stanley and Luisa, and after several years, grew to see Stanley and Luisa as their parents. 


                      In October 2005, Terry's older sister Irene alleged Stanley had been sexually abusing her for approximately the last year, recounting to the police and social workers events in which Stanley had forcibly groped and raped her.  During an investigation by respondent Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (â€
