The court adjudged appellant a ward of the court after Tobias admitted allegations charging him with misdemeanor vandalism (Pen. Code, § 594, subd. (a)). On May 23, 2005, Tobias admitted violating his probation. On June 7, 2005, the court referred Tobias to the Juvenile Court Drug Program. On June 22, 2005, the court terminated Tobias from the drug program and remanded him into custody. On July 6, 2005, the court committed Tobias to a residential substance abuse program in juvenile hall for a maximum term of 180 days and extended his probation until January 6, 2007.Tobias's appellate counsel has filed a brief which summarizes the facts, with citations to the record, raises no issues, and asks this court to independently review the record. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.) Tobias has not responded to this court's invitation to submit additional briefing.
Following independent review of the record we find that no reasonably arguable factual or legal issues exist.
The judgment is affirmed.
