THE COURT:
The opinion filed on June 13, 2006 is modified as follows:
On page 7, in the second paragraph under part B, the date
September 8, 2005 is deleted and replaced with August 26, 2005.
The petition for rehearing is denied. Additionally, the exhibit attached to the petition for rehearing was not considered. Petitioner did not file a separate motion requesting judicial notice of the document, as is required under California Rules of Court, rule 22(a)(1), and the exhibit was not part of the record on appeal (California Rules of Court, rule 14(d)).
There is no change in the judgment.
