Plaintiff Yul Lee appeals from the judgment entered on an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant Sport Chalet. We affirm that portion of the judgment adjudicating plaintiff's negligence cause of action, but reverse that portion adjudicating plaintiff's products liability claim.
PROCEDURAL AND FACTUAL BACKGROUND
Plaintiff's Complaint
Plaintiff filed a complaint against Sport Chalet alleging that on or about December 11, 2001, he purchased a Cannondale/Silk Trail 400 bicycle from Sport Chalet. According to plaintiff, the bicycle â€
