This is a case involving an appeal after entry of judgment in a marital dissolution case that occurred in 1997. Through this appeal, the appellant, Susan Mellen, who proceeds in pro. per., is attempting to challenge a provision of the 1997 judgment, as well as an interim discovery order following judgment. Neither the 1997 judgment nor the order after judgment is appealable. Therefore, we dismiss the appeal.
Statement of the Facts and Case
In July 1997, the trial court entered judgment in the parties' contested dissolution of marriage. The terms of the judgment included an order that Mellen's husband, Timothy Jackins, pay spousal and child support to Mellen in certain amounts.
On October 23, 2003, Jackins filed a motion to terminate his future spousal support obligations. Jackins also requested an accounting of funds ordered pursuant to the original 1997 judgment.
Shortly after filing the motion, Jackins served Mellen with a request for production of documents related to the accounting referred to in the motion to terminate support. Mellen objected to the production of any documents on the grounds of privacy, and on the basis that she â€
