Stillman A. Bowden III (hereafter, Husband), in this action arising from division of property following marital dissolution, appeals from the court's decision on reserved issues. Marem E. Otiniano (hereafter, Wife) has filed no opposition briefing. We reverse in part and remand for retrial.

The parties were married in 1996 and divorced in 2003 pursuant to a marital settlement agreement (MSA). The MSA was signed by the parties in late June 2003 and incorporated into the court's order and filed in August 2003. The MSA read in part: â€
