On page 7, under DISPOSITION, delete the fourth sentence of the typed opinion, that reads The award of attorneys fees is reversed. and in its place, the following, so that the sentence now reads:

The award of attorneys fees and costs is reversed.

This modification does have an effect on the judgment.
