INTRODUCTION
Appellants Clara W. Burgess and Ronald Batchelder appeal from a judgment confirming the award of an arbitrator in favor of respondents Harold J. Meyerman and Dorothy C. Meyerman. Appellants contend that the trial court erred when it granted the Meyermans' petition to compel arbitration. We affirm.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
