Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of dismissal entered after the trial court sustained defendant Creative Bus Sales's demurrer to the first amended complaint without leave to amend on statute of limitations grounds. We affirm the judgment because the first amended complaint seeking damages for personal injuries arising out of a bus accident in June 2001 alleges facts showing the action, filed in October 2004, is barred by both the one-year and the two-year statute of limitations and that the â€
