Petitioner seeks an extraordinary writ (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 38) to vacate the orders of the juvenile court denying her reunification services and setting a Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26 hearing.[1] We will deny the petition.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE AND FACTS
In June 2005, Fresno police responded to a report that petitioner's three children, then seven-year-old M., four-year-old F. and three-week-old M.R., were attempting to flag down cars at a busy intersection. M. told the police that she wanted to go to her grandmother's house because petitioner hit her and didn't want her anymore.
