            Tim Scott Adams appeals his convictions for infliction of corporal injury on a cohabitant, assault with a deadly weapon, and battery causing serious bodily injury.  He argues the verdicts were not supported by substantial evidence, and the trial court abused its discretion when it denied his motion for a new trial.  We affirm.
