In the court below, defendant Ian Forest Akselsen unsuccessfully moved to quash a search warrant and suppress evidence. Thereafter, he pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana for sale. On appeal, he contends that the affidavit in support of a warrant to search his person, home, and car was unattested or, alternatively, insufficient to furnish probable cause. We disagree and affirm the judgment.
