Defendant Grant Milton Anderson appeals from a judgment entered after a jury convicted him of possession of heroin (Health & Saf. Code, § 11350, subd. (a)), loitering to commit a controlled substance offense (id. § 11532, subd. (a)), and unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle and syringe (Bus. & Prof. Code, § 4140). He was sentenced to serve 365 days in the county jail consecutive to any other sentence he was serving, pay fines and fees, and register and complete AIDS class. This appeal ensued.
We appointed counsel to represent defendant in this court. Appointed counsel filed an opening brief which states the case and the facts but raises no specific issues. We notified defendant of his right to submit written argument on his own behalf within 30 days. There was no response.
Pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, we have reviewed the entire record and have concluded that there is no arguable issue on appeal.
The judgment is affirmed.
