We appointed counsel to represent appellant on appeal. Counsel filed a brief setting forth the facts of the case and the proceedings in the trial court. Counsel presents no argument for reversal but asks this court to review the record for error, as mandated by People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436. We have examined the record and find no arguable issue. Pursuant to Anders v. California (1967) 386 U.S. 738, counsel refers us to four potential issues to consider. None of the issues has merit.
Appellant was given 30 days to file written argument in his own behalf. That period has passed, and we have received no communication from appellant.
The judgment is affirmed.
