Dedan Boyd was found guilty after a court trial of one count of felony battery on a correctional officer (Pen. Code, § 4501.5) and one count of threatening or resisting a police officer (Pen. Code, § 69). He was sentenced to two years in state prison to run consecutive with the sentence he is currently serving and stayed sentencing on count two. We appointed counsel to represent appellant. Counsel has filed an opening brief which states the case and the facts, but raises no specific issues. We have notified appellant of his right to submit written argument. Appellant has not submitted written argument
Pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, we have reviewed the entire record and have concluded that there is no arguable issue on appeal.
The judgment is affirmed.
