IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

CHRISTOPHER BRILLON,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B185722

(Super. Ct. No. F370713)

(San Luis Obispo County)

Christopher Brillon appeals an order determining him to be a mentally disordered offender pursuant to Penal Code section 2962 et seq., and committing him to the Department of Mental Health for treatment.

We appointed counsel to represent Brillon in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, he filed an opening brief raising no issues.

On February 3, 2006, we advised Brillon that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We have received a response asserting that insufficient evidence supports his conviction of the underlying offenses of stalking and possession of a weapon, and that his plea of nolo contendere to the underlying offenses is invalid because his attorney had a conflict of interest.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Brillon's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The order is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.

GILBERT, P.J.

We concur:
