Bill Bunn was convicted by a jury of two counts of lewd acts upon a child under age 14 (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (a)).[1] The jury also convicted him of one count of misdemeanor possession of child pornography (§ 311.11, subd. (a)). The court found true, with respect to each count, that defendant had suffered a prior conviction for rape within the meaning of sections 667, subdivisions (d) and (e), and 667.71. The court sentenced defendant to 100 years to life in prison on the felony counts, and to time served on the misdemeanor.
Facts
The victim, Jane Doe, was born in August 1994, to defendant and M.G. At the time of trial Jane was nine years old. Jane testified that when she was younger she used the term â€
