MODIFICATION OF OPINION ON DENIAL OF PETITION FOR REHEARING |
BY THE COURT:
The typewritten opinion filed in the above entitled action on June 26, 2006, is modified as follows:
The second sentence of the second full paragraph on page 2 is deleted and in its place is substituted the following: We will reverse (1) appellant's conviction of possession of methamphetamine for purposes of sale and (2) the true finding on the accompanying arming enhancement allegation, and in all other respects affirm.
