Defendant, Anthony Dewayne Combs, entered a plea of no contest to one charge of evading a police officer (Veh. Code, § 2800.2, subd. (a)) and one charge of transporting cocaine base. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11352, subd. (a).) He also admitted a prior conviction for transporting a controlled substance. Pursuant to his plea agreement, he was to be sentenced to a total of seven years in state prison if he appeared as scheduled for sentencing, with additional time if he failed to appear. Because he failed to appear for sentencing, his sentence was increased to eight years. On appeal he argues reversal is required because the sentence violated the negotiated disposition. We shall affirm the judgment.
