IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

GREGORY ELLISON FERRALL,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B186921

(Super. Ct. No. NA 062041)

(Los Angeles County)

Gregory Ellison Ferrall appeals from the judgment following his nolo contendre plea to receiving stolen property. (Pen. Code, § 496, subd. (a).)[1] The plea was entered after the trial court denied appellant's motion to suppress evidence. Appellant was sentenced to state prison for two years and was ordered to pay a $200 restitution fine (§ 1202.4, subd. (b)), a $200 parole revocation fine (§ 1202.45), and a $20 security fee.

We appointed counsel to represent appellant in this appeal. After examination of the record, counsel filed an opening brief in which no issues were raised. On February 27, 2006, we advised appellant that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues he wished us to consider. We have received no response from appellant.

We have examined the entire record and are satisfied that appellant's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
