Description Defendant asserts that the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to dismiss his prior "strike" conviction under People v. Superior Court (Romero) (1996) 13 Cal.4th 497 (Romero). Court conclude that, under the circumstances of this case, the trial court did not abuse its discretion. Court therefore affirm.
