THE COURT*
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 13, 2006, be modified as follows:
1. On page 11 in the Deposition paragraph, the second sentence is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place:
The sentence is modified as follows: for count 1, life in prison plus 25 years to life for the firearm enhancement pursuant to section 12022.53, subdivision (d); for count 2, life in prison plus 20 years; and for count 3, life in prison plus 20 years.
There is no change in the judgment.
