COURT OF APPEAL, FOURTH APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION ONE

STATE OF CALIFORNIA

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

MAURICE C. GREEN,

Defendant and Appellant.

D054825

(Super. Ct. No. SCN236346)

APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of San Diego County, K, Michael Kirkman, Judge. Affirmed.

Maurice C. Green entered a guilty plea to conspiracy to commit robbery. (Pen. Code,  182, subd. (a)(1), 211.) He also admitted he had suffered a previous serious/violent felony conviction (Pen. Code,  667, subds. (b)-(i), 667, subd. (a)(1).) After dismissing the remaining charges in the information, the trial court sentenced Green to a stipulated term of 15 years in prison--the upper term of five years (doubled) on the substantive crime plus a five-year enhancement for the prior serious felony conviction.

FACTS

Between October 9, 2007, and October 22, 2007, Green met and planned with others to rob Devon Delemar of his money and drugs and took affirmative action to carry out that plan.

DISCUSSION

Appointed appellate counsel has filed a brief summarizing the facts and proceedings below. Counsel presents no argument for reversal, but asks this court to review the record for error as mandated by People v. Wende(1979) 25 Cal.3d 436. Counsel has not referred to any possible, but not arguable, issues pursuant to Anders v. California (1967) 386 U.S. 738.

We granted Green permission to file a brief on his own behalf. He has not responded.

A review of the record pursuant to People v. Wende, supra, 25 Cal.3d 436, and Anders v. California, supra, 386 U.S. 738, has disclosed no reasonably arguable appellate issue. Green has been adequately represented by counsel on this appeal.

DISPOSITION

The judgment is affirmed.
