Defendant, Juan Carlos Guerrero, appeals following his nolo contendere plea to charges of: possessing methamphetamine for sale (Health & Saf. Code,[1] § 11378); being under the influence of methamphetamine (§ 11550, subd. (a)); and resisting, obstructing and delaying a peace officer in the discharge of his duties. (Pen. Code, § 148, subd. (a)(1).) Defendant argues the trial court improperly denied his Penal Code section 1538.5 suppression of evidence motion. We affirm.
