A jury convicted Abel Harris of four counts of first degree burglary of an inhabited dwelling (Pen. Code, §§ 459, 460, subd. (a))[1] and one count of attempted first degree burglary of an inhabited dwelling (§§ 459, 460, subd. (a), 664). The court placed Harris on formal probation for three years. Harris contends the judge erroneously instructed the jury on conspiracy as a theory of liability. We affirm.
