IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

EDWARD LEE HENDERSON,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B185610

(Super. Ct. No. 1190061)

(Santa Barbara County)

Edward Lee Henderson appeals a judgment entered following conviction by jury of corporal injury to a cohabitant, three counts of making criminal threats, and dissuading a witness. (Penal Code, §§ 273.5, subd. (a), 422, & 136.1, subd. (b)(1).) The trial court found that Henderson served three prior prison terms pursuant to Penal Code section 667.5, subdivision (b). The court sentenced Henderson to a prison term of seven years and four months.

We appointed counsel to represent Henderson in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, she filed an opening brief raising no issues.

On May 4, 2006, we advised Henderson that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We have not received a response from him.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Henderson's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
