IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

FIDENCIO LUPIN HERNANDEZ,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B290804

(Super. Ct. No. 2015036032)

(Ventura County)

Fidencio Lupin Hernandez pled guilty to conspiracy to commit an unlawful transfer of a firearm. (Pen. Code, §§ 182, subd. (a)(1), 27545.) Hernandez also admitted the crime was committed in association with or for the benefit of a criminal street gang. (Id., § 186.22, subd. (b)(1).) Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court sentenced Hernandez to a total of six years. Hernandez filed a notice of appeal from the sentencing.

We appointed counsel to represent Hernandez on appeal. After reviewing the record, counsel filed a brief raising no issues.

On August 30, 2018, we advised Hernandez by mail that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We received no reply.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Hernandez’s attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.

GILBERT, P. J.

We concur:

YEGAN, J.

TANGEMAN, J.

Michael S. Lief, Judge

Superior Court County of Ventura

______________________________

Richard B. Lennon, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant.

No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.
