A jury found defendant Christopher Holland guilty of possessing a concealed dirk or dagger (Pen. Code,[1] § 12020, subd. (a)(4) (§ 12020(a)(4)). In a bifurcated proceeding, the trial court found defendant had a prior strike conviction and served a prior prison term. The court dismissed the prison prior and sentenced defendant to the low term of 16 months, doubled for the prior strike conviction, for a total term of 32 months in state prison.
