IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

THIRD APPELLATE DISTRICT

(Butte)

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

JOSEPH LEDARIUS JONES,

Defendant and Appellant.

C049961

(Super. Ct. No. CM020451)

Defendant Joseph Ledarius Jones pleaded no contest to two counts of second degree robbery (Pen. Defendant walked into the market and asked the clerk for a Playboy magazine that was kept behind the counter. Upon leaving, Anthony Z. turned to the clerk and said, â€
