Defendant Jonathan Travis Kasprowicz appeals his conviction by court trial of attempting to make a criminal threat, with personal use of a firearm and a gang enhancement (Pen. Code, §§ 422, 664, 12022.5, subd. (a), 186.22, subd. (b)(1)).[1] He contends his conviction is not supported by substantial evidence.[2]
