1. That the unpublished opinion filed herein on September 6, 2006, be modified as follows:
On page 3, at the sixth line of the third paragraph, the words “pieces were” is changed to “a piece was.”
On page five, at line three of the first full paragraph, the word “warrants” is changed to “warrant.”
On page 21, at footnote ten, “11370” is changed to “11370.2”
On page 23, at line one of the second full paragraph, “November 29, 2004” is changed to “November 19, 2004.”
2. The petition for rehearing is denied. These modifications effect no change in the judgment.
