IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

GLORIA P. LOPEZ,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B189192

(Super. Ct. No. 2005035920)

(Ventura County)

Gloria P. Lopez appeals from the judgment entered following her plea of guilty to second degree robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) and admission of three prior prison terms (Pen. Code, § 667.5, subd. (b)). The court struck one of the Penal Code section 667.5, subdivision (b) enhancements and sentenced her to prison for four years (two years for second degree robbery and two one-year section 667.5 enhancements).

We appointed counsel to represent appellant on this appeal. After examining the record, counsel filed an opening brief raising no issues and requesting this court to independently examine the record pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.

On May 11, 2006, we advised appellant that she had 30 days in which to submit a written brief or letter raising any contentions or arguments she wished us to consider. On May 30, 2006, we received a written response from appellant contending that she received ineffective assistance of counsel.

We have examined the entire record and appellant's supplemental response. We are satisfied that appellant's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende, supra, 25 Cal.3d at p. 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
