Following a plea of nocontest, defendant Christopher Wayne Martinez challenges his conviction on onecount of possession of methamphetamine forsale with a prior conviction and a prior prison term, and one count of possession of drugs in jail. Martinezhas directly appealed his conviction and has also petitioned for a writ of habeas corpus. We find hischallenges to be without merit and therefore shall affirm the conviction anddeny the petition.
